Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 3-5 business days to verify the issue and authorize the return or exchange process.

Secure Packaging

Once approved, pack the item in its original brand packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice included to ensure a valid return.

Dispatch and Processing

Ship the parcel back to our flagship studio; upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a replacement or a store credit valid for future purchases.
